About Us

RUFF formally organized in June of 2005 as part of the Stand Up Blue Springs Summit II. Our goal of providing, in conjunction with the Blue Springs Parks and Recreation Department, an off-leash dog park in Blue Springs was realized on August 11th, 2007.
